Description of the fake LIE

At the UN General Assembly meeting, the First Deputy Ambassador of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Polyansky, showed the wreckage of the drone used by Ukraine to attack the Zaporizhzhia NPP in April. This is reported by the Kremlin’s propaganda pseudo-media.

Refutation TRUTH

Russia cynically uses the UN as a platform to spread its propaganda. The show that Polyansky put on, demonstrating an unidentified drone, is another attempt to accuse Ukraine of allegedly “attacking the Zaporizhzhia NPP and exposing the world to the threat of a nuclear catastrophe.”

Ukraine’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Sergiy Kyslytsya, reacted to this clumsy provocation, mocking it and calling Polyansky a “resident coordinator of Russian intelligence.”

Russia uses the Zaporizhzhia NPP as a means of nuclear blackmail and puts Ukraine and the world at risk of a nuclear disaster, in particular by intervening in the operating process and by placing of soldiers and military equipment on the territory of the plant.

Moreover, Russia ignores the UN resolution on the Zaporizhzhia NPP adopted on July 11.
