A young man named David E. moderated the pro-Russian DD Geopolitics network on Telegram until at least August 2023. The channel spreads evidence of the alleged victory of Russian troops, while “officials” from the “DPR” accuse Ukraine of using chemical weapons.
Russian lies that the Ukrainians are “rebels” and the Russians in Bakhmut are liberators get spread as well. The channel calls Ukrainian women “prostitutes,” and Ukrainian men — “faggots.” Along with open racism and fantasies of murder, there are also politically incorrect jokes.
As Welt journalists found out, the moderator of the channel repeatedly showed an inhuman position and glorified war crimes in the news.
“I simply like war crimes and killing civilians,” he once wrote.
