Description of the fake LIE
Kishinev is ready to immediately return Ukrainians of draft age to Kyiv. This is spread by Russian media, referencing the statement of the Moldovan Foreign Minister, Mihai Popșoi.
Refutation TRUTH
Mihai Popșoi has never made such statements, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova reported:
“The statement that ‘Moldova will return refugees of mobilization age to Ukraine’ is a fake. When a minister makes a public statement, it is published on the communication platforms of the Ministry and the minister. The false statement promotes fabricated facts and talks about non-existent topics in the dialogue and bilateral relations between the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.”
The Foreign Ministry also noted that the attribution to Mihai Popșoi of non-existent statements is part of a deliberate disinformation campaign directed against the country with the aim of dividing Moldovan society or disinforming it.
