FAKE ALERT: Estonian intelligence believes that Russia’s strikes on Ukraine are quite effective

Description of the fake LIE

Russian airstrikes and attacks with Kalibr missiles are effective and cause significant damage to Ukraine’s military facilities, despite Kyiv’s denials. Russian pseudo-media write about this with reference to the words of Ants Kiviselg, the head of the Estonian Defence Forces Intelligence Centre.

Refutation TRUTH

In fact, Kiviselg did not make any statements about the “effectiveness” or “success” of the attacks, but on the contrary stressed that the wave of Russian shelling in Ukraine on December 29 and January 2 “is a deliberate action of the Russians and a sign of their fear of strengthening Ukraine’s capabilities”:

“Ports, electric and railway infrastructure, as well as defence industry enterprises have been hit all over the country. Strikes on airfields indicate that the Russians consider the provision of F-16 aircraft to Ukraine dangerous.”

The propagandists omitted the words of the head of the Estonian intelligence centre about Russia’s fear of the provision of F-16 aircraft to Ukraine, removed the fact of psychological influence on Ukrainians and invented the fact of “efficiency.”
