About 300 people were killed in the Mariupol Drama Theater

The bombing of the Mariupol Drama Theater by a Russian airstrike killed about 300 people. This was reported by the Mariupol City Council.

Russia shelled Vinnytsia with missiles

Russian troops fired rockets at the territory of the Air Force Defence in Vinnytsia. The enemy fired six missiles. Some of them were shot down by air defense, and the rest hit several buildings. No one was injured.

In Mariupol, the occupant destroyed the Children’s Rehabilitation Center

Russian troops have bombed a new children’s medical center in Mariupol, which Ukraine has built with the European Investment Bank. The institution was opened only last year.

A Russian warship shelled the Odesa region

A Russian warship shelled the village of Sanzhiyka near Odesa.  Russians have announced “security guarantees” for the passage of ships three hours later.

Russia is destroying Ukrainian churches and religious buildings

59 churches in at least 8 oblasts have been damaged since the beginning of the war in Ukraine. The occupants destroy two spiritual buildings every day. The vast majority of them are Orthodox churches. Mosques, synagogues, and Protestant churches were also destroyed.

“Novotroitske is a Ukrainian settlement”: residents of the Kherson region protest against occupants

Residents of Novotroitske in the Kherson region took to the streets against the Russian occupants. People held Ukrainian flags, posters “Novotroitske is a Ukrainian settlement, not the “pseudo republic” and “Occupants, go home!”

State Bureau of Investigation investigate a treason of ex-mayor of Izium in the Kharkiv region

The State Bureau of Investigation has opened a case on suspicion of treason against the former mayor of Izium in Kharkiv region, as well as two deputies of the City Council and a former police officer.

7,331 people have been evacuated through humanitarian corridors

The evacuation of people from “the hot spots” continues. 2,800 residents of Mariupol left the city by their own vehicles. About 4,000 people have been evacuated from Zaporizhzhia by buses. 531 people have been evacuated from Melitopol to Zaporizhzhia. Almost 38,000 people have been evacuated during one week.

A third of Russian-speaking Ukrainians are ready to switch to Ukrainian after the Russian invasion

83% of Ukrainians believe that the Ukrainian language should be the only state language. Many people who have spoken Russian so far are ready to switch to Ukrainian.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed the Russian general in Chornobaivka responsible for capturing Mykolaiv

Ukrainian fighters killed the commander of the 49th Combined Arms Army, Lieutenant General Yakov Rezantsev. He died at the airport in Chornobaivka.

To get rid of dependence on Russia, EU countries will create a platform for joint gas procurement. It will be open to the Eastern Partnership countries, including Ukraine.

Agricultural sowing campaign has already begun in 11 regions of Ukraine

Farmers have started sowing campaigns in 11 regions of Ukraine. The government will provide farmers with interest-free financing and help to reduce fuel prices.
