Ukrainian defenders retreat from Lysychansk

In the Luhansk region, Russian Forces have a significant advantage in artillery, aviation, multiple launch rocket systems, ammunition and personnel. The Ukrainian defenders were forced to withdraw from their positions after heavy fighting in Lysychansk.

Russian Forces attacked Sloviansk

Russian Forces heavily shelled Sloviansk. Approximately 15 fires broke out in the city as a result of the attacks. At least six people were killed and another 15 were injured.

Russian Forces hit Kramatorsk

Russian Forces shelled Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region with a Smerch multiple rocket launcher system.

As a result of the attack, the hotel complex and part of the road in a residential area were destroyed.

Russian Forces continue to attack Kharkiv

Russian Forces continue to shell Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region. As a result of today’s attack, Russian Forces hit a critical infrastructure facility in the city, as well as a residential building. The Prime Minister of Australia announced that his country will provide Ukraine with additional 100 million dollars of military and technical assistance. Australia will additionally provide 14 armored personnel carriers and 20 Bushmasters.
